We respect your time and appreciate you scheduling your services and treatments at Bonness Cosmetic Surgery and Bonness Body & Face Medi spa.
Please review our policies below to ensure a great experience at Bonness.

Cancellations

Due to the high demand for appointments, we have implemented a cancellation policy. Patients that “no show” or cancel/reschedule appointments last minute make it difficult to accommodate the demand. Please understand we value our time with each patient and specifically reserve a staff member, a room and equipment just for you. We never double book, to ensure that each client receives a relaxing, informative, and individualized treatment.

To provide the best possible service to our patients and maintain mutual respect for everyone’s time we have the following cancellation policy for spa treatments.

Note: Surgery has separate cancellation policy.

Spa treatments

Under 1hr/$100

  • Require minimum 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice.
  • Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours or no shows will require a credit card to secure their next appointment.
  • The credit card will only be charged $100 if you fail to show or cancel within 24 hours the second appointment.
  • The deposit is nonrefundable, non-transferable.

Exceeding 1hr/$500

  • Require minimum 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice.
  • Require a $500 deposit to hold appointment.
  • Cancellations/rescheduling within 72 hours or no shows will result in loss of the deposit.
  • If a pre-paid package, the $500 will be deleted from your package total.
  • The deposit is nonrefundable, non-transferable.

Late appointments

Arriving late will deprive you and the next patient of valuable treatment or consult time. It creates a rushed appointment for you and the rest of the day. While we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting.

Note: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment.

We highly recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the clinic or call to make an appointment well in advance. As always, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your requests and needs.

Refunds

Products

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund, exchange or in store credit.
  • Expired products cannot be returned.
  • Products that have been completely used are nonrefundable.

Treatments

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Unused package amounts can be transferred to another treatment or product.

Payment

Payments for all treatments are due at the time of treatment and all packages/pre-paid services must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Note: Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Package/prepays may be eligible for office credit toward other procedures or products but must be used by the initial deadline when the package was purchased.
