Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and appreciate you scheduling your services and treatments at Bonness Cosmetic Surgery & Spa Vita.  We've created our cancellation policy to provide versatility and convenience to all of our patients.  Due to high demand for our appointments, we highly recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the clinic or call and make an appointment well in advance.

For our patients who would like to schedule a Consultation with Dr. Bonness, a credit card will be required to reserve your appointment.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours advance notice.  For late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice), a $50 fee will be charged to your account.  Failure to show for your appointment without notice, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to your account.
